Week 28 - 2026 Fly Fishing Report – Ladybower Fisheries

Our days averaging double figures , another fantastic week at the bower. Floating lines still dominating once again.

Early mornings pulling on a intermediate line has been very productive with dries or washing line later in the day.

A superb wild brownie off the bank too, bank fishing is starting to pick up , up the derwent arm.

• Alan Richardson 35
• Dan Tranter 24
• Jon Barrett 27 and lots over twenty to the boat.

Must have flies this week:
• Hebubiquitous daddy
• Orange or black boobies
• sedgehogs
• Hoppers
• Cormorants and cdc shuttlecock.
