Week 23 - 2026 Fly Fishing Report – Ladybower Fisheries

Stocking to date - 21,500

The rod average going up again slightly this month no help from the heat fish have been keeping everyone on there toes.

Some cooler weather and rain forecast these next couple weeks hopefully will just bring the fish on a bit and get them moving and feeding more.

Anglers have mainly caught on drys this week with Daddies still producing fish but some fish being caught on eggs under the bung or buzzers under a fab.

Top bank areas:
• Grainfoot
• Pickles
• Jetty
• Underbank
• Rasberry bay

Top boat areas:
• Basin - dam wall and doctors house
• Ladybower bay
• Rasberry Bay
• Mill brook

Must have flies:
• Eggs
• Daddies (black)
• Black dries
• Fabs (orange)
• Buzzers
